  • STEP

    There are lots of meanings for the word 'step' - the first that came to my mind had to do with dancing. I'm nursing a very tight, sore hamstring recently, so at the moment dancing sounds painful to me. But I do like dancing to music, though I've only been 'out dancing' a few times.

    As a kid, I took dancing lessons - ballet and tap - and it was fun, althought just as with music, I hated giving recitals, and it was that requirement which compelled me to give up both music and dance from the performing angle. But my love for them has not gone away. I love musicals, and have written one, and have others in progress. I've worked on a couple of musical theatre productions - behind the scenes, of course - and hope to be involved in more.
